1.  UPDATE RECOVERY ( USE TWRP,CWM,PHILZ )
2.  FACTORY RESET (If coming from another rom or stock)
 -  WIPE DATA
 - WIPE CACHE
 - WIPE DALVIC CACHE
 - WIPE SYSTEM ( OPTIONAL )
3. INSTAL ZIP ROM
4. INSTAL ZIP GAPPS
5. - WIPE CACHE
    - WIPE DALVIC CACHE
6. REBOOT

PA 4+ UPDATES DO NOT NEED A FACTORY RESET/WIPE DATA,JUST WIPE CACHE AND WIPE DALVIC CACHE.
